Artisan was invited by a leading Auckland Restoration Architect to be involved with the restoration and refurbishment of one of Remuera’s earliest grand homes.
The scope of the external work needed to match and maintain the integrity of the heritage values of this stately home.
Secondly we worked with the owner to transform the home into an exclusive boutique hotel. Over a life time of work and travel in Europe and South America materials and art had been accumulated and were now creatively incorporated into individually themed hotel suites.
